Non technical people should be relegated to a notepad and pencil, and a knife to sharpen it. Hehehe.

Then some glitch inevitably happens - because the more complex something is, the more chances ther are for something to break down, and the more chances there are, the greater the likelihood that a breakdown is a certainty...
High-tech is not *always* better than low-tech.
