Dishwasher originally installed in 2000, and operated without problems. Moved by contractor to new location in 2005. Has recently shown burn marks on the lower rack, thus disintegrating the plastic over the pins that hold the dishes upright. What would be causing this? Am reluctant to order a new rack for fear it will recur.
