Anyone in Dallas need workspace?

I am moving into an 800 sq ft workshop in Deep Ellum. Its really a great place. The rent is reasonable, but I am looking to split the rent and space with a woodworker or some type of artisan who doesn't mind the dust. I will be moving in mid to late October. I will ask for a six month commitment, but I will discuss more or less. I humbly request the following: 1)You must be honest. 2) You must be considerate and conscientious. 3) You must keep your space somewhat orderly. 4) You must have experience. 5) Please don't make a habit of inviting friends/significant other over for a visit. Clients are of course okay. 6) No alcohol in the shop. This may sound harsh, but I am considering a background investigation for those who are interested. I'll provide on for myself if requested. That's about it for now. I can provide many of the tools if you swear to take care of them and not mutilate yourself. Please pass this on if you think you know of someone.

Thanks all,

Clint
