Slotted T angle bars

I am sure what I am looking for are not called thus.

I have some shelving from some shelves (separators) remain unused for want of 4 slotted bars.

Instead of angle bars these are as if 2 such bars are stuck together. It is the vertical bar tah supports shelves on both side with little flat hooks hung in them. The top horizontal bar ha some holes through which adjustable cable supports get strung crosswise.

I wonder if this makes sense.

Will take me a few days to get a picture taken and then put it somewhere for everyone to view.

Thanks

it may not be easy just to buy the bars and cross tension supports only. I have spare shelves and clips that hold the sheves.

If you take a look at

'll see what looks like the parts that you need. Seems like you can buy all of the component parts from IID - though they may well be pricey. On the website there's a facility for adding 'bits' to a shopping cart - although all of the prices seem to be Price On Application ... which'll mean that there's a discount structure they can apply, depending on how many miles of racking you want

You might also find that some decent kit is available second-hand - when I was in the UK there were specialist firms who would re-sell second-hand shelving / racking systems at a fraction of the new price.

Hope this helps Adrian

What I am using was picked up for free.

It is with six vertical "T Bar" supports which take two stacks of shelving.

As there were too many shelves in each stack I have removed about 8 shelves and their support clips. Need 4 T Bars and 2 cross tension adjustment bars.

Will keep trying to procure them some how.

Thanks, everybody.

Because the friend has taken time to put the pictures online I put the link here anyway.

"T Bars" are made out of metal sheet just as the shelves are made out of.

The pdf on the page shows the dimensions of the bar.

Picture 3 & 7 show inner side of "T Bar" with one clip hung.

Picture 4 & 6 show outer flat side, the side that is 2 inches wide.

Bar 4 is located on the side from where one puts things on shelves, Bar 6 gets located on the back side and holes on it hold stabilizing

4mm tension rods.

Picture 5 is that of shelf.

Thanks again.
