I know that there's a Bucks County turner's club or something of the sort. You might also check the PA Guild of Craftsmen.
There is also a recently-opened rental woodshop on Whitehead Road in Hamilton, NJ. (about 1/2 hr north of Phila.) Check the old messages on this group for info or DAGS.
