Somewhat OT: Precision Cutting Plastic

OK, it's not WWing, but related. Hoping some of your craft-ivores havehelpful ideas.I have an ABS plastic box - 5x4x2in with a removable 5x4 cover.I need to cut 2 rectangular windows in that cover, approximately1x3 in. For cosmetic reasons, they need to be well aligned aboveeach other and parallel to the 5" edge of the 5x4 cover, andcentered theron.Can anyone suggest a good cutting method of achieving this, short ofbuying a CNC mill or the equivalent?TIA,

I think this is only a 2 axis mill which does not rotate and I plan to bolt it to the drill press table directly.

It's the mill bit that rotates, and it definitely can catche and grab the unwary. So can drill bits, but mills are catchier.
