FYI I asked for the DVD of Frank Klausz teaching how to dovetail for Christmas. My wife found it at a company called Cambium books and ordered it for me. When it came they had accidentally sent the VHS not the DVD. She called and they apologized and next day air sent the DVD (no cost and still two weeks before Christmas so no need to rush). When she asked about the VHS they said "Just send it back when you get a chance". This is what I call good customer service. They also included a catalog with the order. Look like all they handle is WW information, books, DVD, VHS etc. LOTS of good information and from a quick look much of it is quality stuff not junk. The web site is
