I just picked up a couple Bosch BAT411 (12V Li-Ion) batteries at HomeDespot for $19 (regularly $39.95). They had a "new low price" tag on the hanger, so it may not be just this one store.

Wow - that's cheaper than the el-cheapo Ryobi batteries...
That''s even cheaper than rebuilding them. Joe G
Too bad they won't fit my Ryobi.
I only found one so far and it had a clearance tag.
