6" vs 5" ROS: Why so much more $

I've been looking into a new ROS and I've noticed that the 6" machines are much, much more than the 5". The cheapest 6" is double the price of the most expensive 5".

Why?

To anyone who owns both. Is there a real advantage to the 6" machines?
