Get new windows that are actually built right. Your insulating seals are shot and only completely re-building the windows right is the sole remedy. No, that definitely doesn't mean some national or global name brand, they're ALL garbage. Go with a local or regional manufacturer with a lifetime warranty. Depending on budget constraints, do 1 or as many as you can afford at a time.
