Fuse ok and power to door switch ok. Tried holding the start button to reset but no joy. Any suggestions?

It sounds like there may be an issue with the main control board or the user interface on the washer. If holding the start button to reset the washer did not work, it may be necessary to check for any error codes that may be displayed on the control panel. If there are no error codes, you may want to try unplugging the washer for a few minutes and then plugging it back in to see if that helps. If the problem persists, it may be best to contact the manufacturer for further troubleshooting and/or to schedule a service appointment.
