WRONG TOILETSENT

I ordered a Close coupled toilet and was sent a Back to wall closed coupled toilet and immediately contacted Plumbworld and sent in all the photo and dispatch note by email attachment, yet they are still not answering my query as to when they will collect the toilet which is still in the box intact or tell me when they will do so and refund my money of £139.99 which I explained I needed to buy another toilet. All the 5 customer services persons are just repeating what the last one asked me and no one is answering my queries as to collection and my refund. I explained the Plumber was due to install it today but they don't care and I am at a loss as to how to deal with this after sending more than half a dozen emails. Has anyone experienced this scenariol
