WIll this 60W lamp still be available next year?

With all the traditional lamps being phased out (i believe with the exception of specialist lamps).

Will the lamp below be banned and if so what's the date

don't know, but I've seen 'big round bulb' CFLs

The regs don't ban this by next year, but decorative lamps are vanishing at a high rate because demand for them has vanished, so it might be difficult to find for that reason.

As Owain says, that's probably an easy swap to a CFL anyway (unless you want dimming).
