I was in Selco today and noticed they currently have an offer on, IIRC, Hardiebacker.

You do need (a) a SELCO in your area, and (b) a trade card to use it

You can get water resistant plasterboard (usually green coloured) which I have used with a tiled shower cubicle. No problems after three years.

You get the trade card first time you go in.

I found them good value for copper tube and radiators when I was buying quite a few exactly a year ago.

I've recently found this mob have pretty good prices for standard rads, delivered by their own van rather than courier and happy to let you phone the driver first thing to check when he expects to reach you.

Just remembered they do have a single branch nearish to me (I work in Nottingham several days a week) what are their prices like in general c.f. Wickes?

Thanks for that, prices look good and I have one near me.

Thanks for that, I will be needing some very soon (and I do have one locally and a card).
