Washing machine - extending hose

Just put in a new washer/dryer, a Miele integrated model sitting under a worktop.Both the cold water inlet and the drain hose are just a foot short.(Measuring the old cold water hose it is 2.2 metres long)Is there available any short extension for an inlet hose?I would like to stick with the Miele hose as this has a metal mesh covering and nice metal fittings.I bought a flexible tap tail from B+Q and of course one end has a perfect 3/4 inch fitting, but the other end has the wrong thread.I guess what I am looking for is a flexible hose with 3/4 couplings on either end, plus a 3/4 to 3/4 male connector (ei to end up with a 3/4 hose with male and femal ends, about a foot or two long).Ideas please.

Which featured the only thing worth going to Margate for - Dreamland and the Mary Rose.
