Can you get a mains-fed direct flusher in the UK? (I've seen them elsewhere; they seem to save water by taking advantage of the higher pressure.)

Can you get a mains-fed direct flusher in the UK? (I've seen them elsewhere; they seem to save water by taking advantage of the higher pressure.)
When I looked into these 8 years ago they seemed to only be "allowed" in commercial premises. Which may or may not be important to the OP !
