Tiny house

Unfortunately it's a contract where you have absolutely no way to know what you're letting yourself in for.

Absolutely. Nothing more than an agreement to get shat upon and shafted at some unspecified time in the future. Who in their right mind would sign something like that?

Even if a person fully understands their mortgage, and the terms are reasonable - it's still *the* major thing that ties many people to a certain job and income and way of life.

Without that massive regular payment to be made (such as if they owned a very low cost home outright), many people (particularly young/single people) would have much more flexibility to pursue other choices such as more education, starting their own business etc.
