Tesco, disability, VAT: the follow -up.

Tesco HQ rung up toady, very apologetic. It was all down to a 'training issue' apparently.

"Or lack of?" I suggested. She laughed and said that training packs would be sent to the Doncaster branch, and that the matter would be 'followed up'. And I got my refund.
