Tassimo coffee maker blocked

Probably not coffee grounds in a Tassimo, though. May contain aluminium alloy castings.

Ah, so best not boiled in caustic soda or bicarb then. Although it might dissolve the blockage, it would probably dissolve everything else as well :-(

Perhaps the OP should just get a French press. Not much to go wrong there.

Maybe in this case they shouldn't even have bothered mentioning its a coffee maker ?

Maybe they could have just said "it isn't working ", while you and your fellow fogeys could have spent the next three or four days trying to guess what the OP was referring to, with, as is often the case on Usenet, no further input from the OP at all.
