Just had a call from a mate who has a hot tap that won't turn on. I think it is a fairly typical 20 year old Pegler. I wondered if the washer could have jammed itself into the seating - he did admit to being heavy with it recently because it weeped a bit.
However, he said he can easily turn the spindle. Could it have shared off? Could the thread have stripped? Any ideas?
