Hi all, I'm finally running the cable to the garage. What is the spacing for SWA cleats clipped to the side of a wall ? SWA is 10mm x 3 core.

Yes. We are TN-S, good old fashioned lead sheath. We also have lead water pipe coming in. We love lead ! (No lead paint any more though)

You can export your PME earth - but you must also make sure the equipotential zone is exported with it.
So that means its only sensible to export it to places where its possible to maintain the equipotential zone. (So you can't export it to a place that has easy access to an independent earth like a greenhouse).
Also the earth in the submain will also need to double up as a main bonding conductor, so the shield of the SWA alone will not usually have a large enough "copper equivalent" cross section to act as a protective earth and a main equipotential bond.
Every foot or so... you could probably go a bit wider on 10mm^2 since its pretty stiff.

That puts your single clip in the middle!

Manufacturer's recommendation? Was 400mm last time I used 10mm.

It is 400mm, however two brick spaces will be fine.
