Wouldn't be in a maternity block in Staffordshire would it? There is one there that I've used a number of times and it was always one floor out.

Thinking about this some more, many years ago I worked in the then new Nwy Cymru building in Cardiff. If there was a power cut, and we experienced several, the lift "forgot" its floors and stopped in the wrong places.
