I find Outlook (Classic) one of the most difficult parts of my entire PC. I have a system drive (C) for the programs and a data drive (S) for the data. The first is 256 GB and the second 1 TB. The C drive is becoming dangerously full. My Outlook files are located on the C drive. Is it possible to move them to the S drive or do the Outlook (.pst) files have to be on the same drive as the operating system (Windows 11)? Thanks for any assistance.

File -> Account Settings -> Acount Settings -> Data Files -> Settings -> Advanced -> Outlook Data File Settings
Obviously that depends which version you have; which might not be shown under Help.
One thing to note, it will not work correctly if you try to locate the files on a network drive.
