SOT: Contacts / address book

I have three contact files: Google Contacts, Apple / iCloud and Outlook Address Book. There are differences. I think it would be sensible to merge these into a single 'master' file. I have an iPhone, iPad Mini and PC running on Windows 11 so I am wondering which system would be best to use. Also, is it straightforward to import all the contacts into a single system eliminating duplicates?

Have a look at CompanionLink. I use it to syncronise ny contacts and diary between Outlook on my PC and Google on my Android phone. Versions of it can also handle Apple devices. It's not free, but you can buy a lifetime licence for under $70US, which is little more than a year's subscription if you pay quarterly. You can also have a 14 day free trial.

Sorry if I sound like a salesman. I've got no connection with the product other than finding it useful.
