Our old dishwasher failed and we had to buy a new one.
I've connected the inlet and outlet hoses, and after a short rinse cycle (as a test) the outlet hose connection appears to be weeping.
The rubber hose fits over a plastic pipe (maybe 1/2" diameter) that is connected to the sink waste pipe. It was a snug fit. I have tightened the same jubilee clip over the hose that was used for the previous dishwasher, clamping hose to pipe.
Is there anything else that I need to do to make it watertight? I don't want to tighten the jubilee so much that it crushes the plastic pipe.
