Can anyone suggest a supplier of wheels which must have ...
a) an outside diameter of between 12 and 20cm
b) a hub bore of 15mm, with 5mm keyway, or with enough metal/plastic to make machining a keyway possible
c) reasonably grippy tyres: plastic / rubber / pneumatic
d) hub length 25cm maximum (or machinable down)
e) load capacity 75kg
