Anybody here used the white trade range made by Marbo ? As in the latest catlogue in particulary intrested in how easy or akward the fused spur units are to wire up. I have used the other trade range they did under the Select brand name and they where ok.

(if it's not too late)

I've used a couple of the Marbo ones. No worse than Select - one of the screws is at an odd angle IIRC (I've a few left, but they're in the garage and I'm not putting my shoes on again tonight...). All that means is that you can't be too tight with the cables.

Hwyl!

Well i bought a five pack of 2G sockets to test out and they seem alright so i shall be using them on the next job. Worst item ive ever installed was a clipsal split load kit plastic, flinsy and no space for routing cabling.

Dont know about the fused spurs, though I dont think I've ever come across a f.s. that was hard to wire up. I've experienced FSs overheating or with very stiff switches, but never problematic connections.

But their budget plastic boxes are frankly crap, and break all over the place. Wont buy them again, its money down the drain. Yes, all 20p of it! (or whatever it was)
