RIP Terry Casey

I can't remember reading him. But as he was your friend you have my sympathies. What happened to him? I saw a couple of funeral cars going down the road today, I have my suspicions that it could be Stella. She fell over in the road about a month ago, I helped her home. As for TV, mine is on for the dog. I may watch the News, but that is all.

I recall seeing the name on occasion.

I don't recall the gentleman Adam, but when a friend is moved to write the way you have then you earn my respect and you have my sympathies for your loss.

He wasn't the most prolific or long-standing poster but

I didn't know him but his posts seemed to suggest he was a good / nice guy and so is sure to be a loss to all who knew him in person and those who just knew him from here.

But it's still an especial buggeration when it's both someone you know and unexpected.

IIRC he also spent a fair bit of his time installing commercial cable TV systems (the ones that became Virgin Media's) so even more like a teetotal brewer.

A fairly frequent poster (about 90 posts in the last couple of months alone). He also drew some digrams used on the diy wiki.

That's very sad to hear. I didn't know him personally, but his posts here were those of a thoroughly nice person with a lot of expertise. A loss to the group and so sad for his family.

The one I remember has actually been printed off as a training aid for apprentice electricians at Doncaster College after I showed it to the tutors.
