Key Details
? Reason for Public Domain Status: The film was released and exhibited without a proper copyright notice, and the producers failed to remedy the omission within the time frame required by U.S. copyright law.
? Court Affirmation: A U.S. federal court ruling in 1987 officially confirmed that the film's copyright was lost and that it had entered the public domain.
