I have a front gate, it's rusty. It's a fairly normal front garden gate with scrolls. Mostly, it's just a bit rusty and I could recover that, but the scrolls on the top are for some reason eaten away in places to the extent that what was probably 1/4" steel is corroded down to about whatever a mm is in imperial.
These parts aren't structural, and I don't have the facilities to weld or braze. I've never used metal filled epoxy either, but would this work?
