I know a Polish guy - very good tiler, bricky & good all-round handyman
- who's been living with his partner in the house of a guy who's been downsized by the company he used to work for and is now into property development. The Polish bloke has done a lot of work on the house he lives in and another of the property guy's houses (as well as for me and others). He charges cuff-all compared to anyone else and is very happy with the arrangement, so it seems to work well for all concerned.
