Hi I have a porch on my house which has glass that although is fairly difficult to see through it is possible when you are right upto the windows. I don't want to put nets up as at night I leave the inner door open with the downstairs light on. So as we all know you can see through nets with alight on. The bathroom is at the other end of the hall and you can see right into it. I often don't close the door to the bathroom as I am only living with my girlfriend and she has been on her own for some time and does the same. (that's true love eh? (I know get the bucket!!!)) So any ideas on how to prevent people from looking in, but still allow light in? A curtain isn't an option either as that will just hide the nice design of the windows and door as well as annoy us when we have to open the door to the chinese deliveries! I have even looked at the mirrored sticky stuff you put in car windows but they are extremely expensive here. I am in ireland by the way!

So let me get this straight...you have one pane of glass and two doors between the oustside world and your toilet and you don't close any of them when you are curling one off?

It all sounds like you want people to watch you crap, sorry but there's too many excuses in there.

The outside porch door with window that you can see through when up close, two side panes the same, inner door with bubble glass you can't see through. But when that inner door is closed it is very dark in the hallway. I was trying to get the outer door made more private without having to keep the inner door shut all the time. Also in the summer we keep the inner door open to allow the air to move freely to keep it cooler. We can't leave the outer door open as the cats keep coming in.
