Paint blistering

I primed, undercoated and topcoated some wood. I left it in the garden today, now there are blisters in it. Why? What should I do about it - The wood is due to be placed at the top of the roof on Tuesday where I wont be able to repaint it for years...

The wood must be wet thats why it bubbled, it wont dry by tuesday
