OT: War torn Ukraine vs Nottingham

Could they possibly be moving back as the Russians aren't devastating Ukraine as was feared 9 months ago.

Is it really surprising? The UK has experienced massive, uncontrolled immigration for many years and the population has swelled by many millions whilst house building hasn't kept up. No one knows how many people there really are any more and illegals don't complete census forms, so how are local and national governments supposed to plan the number of homes required?

There seems to be plenty of devastation still happening. I think it is possibly more that Russia now has no realistic prospect of conquering Ukraine. The place they are living is also very close to the Slovakian border, which is about as far away from Russian held territory as it is possible to get and still be in Ukraine.
