If this did happen, somehow, and we were on the two-year process, but then Parliament does not agree to honour the Referendum, we would be in the interesting position where the EU had started the Exit process, but the UK had decided to implement it. A perfect example of why it has to be a deliberate action by the Leaving country.

Not even 'somehow'! Officially, as far as the EU is concerned, the UK has just canvassed public opinion, without any commitment to act on the result.
They are not reacting like that, nor are the worlds markets nor the so called worlds 'leaders'
