and how much extra to fit or is it a job that could be undertaken by a DIYer

That's an odd size.
"Quality"? £80 without glazing.
Fit? What do you mean? Hang, glaze, fit furniture? Anything else to do? There are various types of DIYers, too.
Apparently that is meant to be 90 not 42.9 (the 42 appeared by magic)can't be many doors that are only 1½ feet wide
