Of course, this only tells you the asking price.

Tricky round here as house turnover is slow, but better than nothing.
Rightmove also shows sold prices...
Same here. And also tricky to use the prices of other houses when there's nothing exactly alike.

It's always true that it's best to have 2 equally strong service providers in every domain as it kicks both of them into constant innovation. Like Gnome and KDE or Android and iOS.
And do solicitors still not have to advise the Land Registry of a sale for 6 months? Seems crazy
And Mouseprice and .... there's loads of 'em.
