Has anybody found that the " nozzle effect" causes the problems that environmental health services say it does ?

For DIY the answer is fairly bleedin obvious. Wait a bit & do something else while conditions improve.

Of course the wind farm ctiticisers will immediately jump on their high horse to say that conditions wont ever improve and every bit of UK foliage will bite the dust at the first squirt.

There is a common misconception that it is simply an integer. As the above clearly depicts, this is not the case at all.
