Mending slabs

I broke a bit off a York stone slab that I was trimming to use as a hearth stone under a gas fire. I stuck it on with Araldite and it's still there

Two part car body filler will glue the two bits together. It can come in grey.

A few years back after seeing something on this group I tried it on a scrap broken concrete paving slab I had. It worked perfectly.

The resin designed for fixing threaded fasteners into walls etc also works ok - often come in a grey cement like colour...

I’ve used exterior No More Nails type stuff on a clay tile. It wasn’t on a roof or anywhere crucial. Not invisible but not obvious. Lasted 20 years

I suspect you would need to ensure it wasn’t a place subject to load etc.

The epoxy putties used for mending china and earthenware - Milliput - are expensive but do actually really work at least on china and earthenware and tiles are one or the other effectively

Concrete is a little different, but epoxy mortars exist as well. But I'd try Milliput
