Looking for a (single bowl) kitchen sink + taps for a flat that I intend to let out.
Expected tenants are not likely to be particularly sympathetic, so prefer to go down the "good value for money route" and replace every few years, rather than the "lasts forever" route. May consider selling, so needs to look good as well.
