What sort of finish is needed? A 13mm jobber would make short work of it.

Never tried one but it would mean carrying a generator too. The holes are cut up to 20 at a time with brad point bits with swaged on end stops, the drill does a hole every couple of seconds and the throttle tends to be held on during the whole sequence.
