Integrated fridge/freezer

Can anyone suggest the best way to fit the doors onto an integrated fridge/freezer.

The kitchen units are by 'Keller' and the original freezer was by Neff. I managed to pick up a cheap Ariston freezer but the fittings for it are totally different. I think the best approach would be to take the fittings off the old Neff and screw them into the Ariston doors. However, the Ariston has some drill points but they are nowhere near where the Neff ones are.

I imagine putting screws into the door should be okay. However, the hinges would also need screwing into the front/side of the freezer body. Is there any chance I'd damage somethoig there? What have others done?

Cheers PJ

(the fittings with the Ariston would probably lead to the door snagging on the cupboard carcass when it is opened. Unless I have the freezer sticking out a bit!)
