Gentle dust with aerosol stove paint?

Got a drop of emulsion paint on a hot wood burning stove. Tried to wipe it off immediately with a wet cloth (and it removed most) but it's left a faint smear of baked on paint on the cast iron.
On the face of it, removing paint from cast iron should be one of the easier tasks but I'm not sure about removing it without damaging the black coating of the stove.
Any suggestions? I guess I could just hope that it'll burn off in time but I'm not sure that the stove top gets hot enough for that.

You could try touching it up with a black permanent marking pen.
It will if you blowtorch it.
