Define what is 'good' for you, e.g. high quality, cheap, seconds, wide selection, fast delivery, local, credit account, online ordering, single source, etc.
Reasonable quality - it is for rented accommodation so could be knackered by the time tenants move out
as possible - Screwfix do them for £55 for 3m
would be ok if not too obvious
not important - standard block effect
can wait a couple of weeks
if possible for delivery - I am in Bridlington
