flues & solid fuel

Quick question, haven't time to research. Is a regular corrugated flue that would have been fitted to back boiler in

70's that is in perfect condition any use for any kind of solid fuel burner. Strongly suspect the answer is a definite no.

No. Flexible liners for solid fuel stoves are made differently to help keep the acidic condensates out of the joints.
