out of the oven with small handles, such as a casserole dish, I find they c annot grip the handles well due to the curvature at the end of the gloves, and it can be quite dangerous as the handles easily slip.
I don't use such handles I always cradle the bowl in my hands supporting it from teh botton but then again I always put casserole on a baking tray any way.
