I have an online account. If you know your account number you can likely login, you will likely be sent an email to confirm you identity and set a password.
I had an email from them, saying they can't use my Igloo direct debit details. They seem to have set up a special website
The website contains an instruction to send an email, by putting in one's own email address and wait for a reply, still waiting from several attempts.
EDF have confirmed the D/D is setup (no actual confirmation if that's by taking over the old utility point D/D or a new one) and will start taking gas payments next month, I can enter gas meter reading on the website, but it says it won't use it for billing, and I can't give electricity reading ... they sent a meter reader person to read the gas last week, but she didn't want to take an electricity reading while she was here.
Its not a special web site, its what all new EON customers use. They bought the code from Octopus apparently.
https://octopus.energy/press/eon-completes-migration-of-two-million-former-npower-customers-to-eon-next-in-record-speed/ or shortened
and the non-npower eon customers will be migrated to eon.next in 2022
Maybe you should send them some invisible payment to go with it? Brian
