Some of you may recall I had a wee problem with the hoses supplied with a Smiths kick space heater leaking a few weeks back. Well I sent them an estimate of the cost to re-treat the system with Fernox having lost who knows how much in the leak.
A cheque for the full amount arrived at the weekend, no quibble.
