Either the doors have become misaligned, e.g. dropped, in which case you might be able to open them if you get someone to lift the door(s) upwards slightly while you turn the handle. This can be done by placing the edge of a length of wood under the door bottom edge, with a brick or two under the wood, then lever the door(s) up slightly. Or the locking mechanism inside the door frame has failed, in which case you may have to lift the door off its hinges, or remove the hinges. It may be possible to access the locking mechanism after removing the double glazed sealed unit, it depends on the door design. The sealed units will probably be toughened glass, which means that when the glass breaks it forms hundreds of small pieces instead of large shards, it doesn't mean it is unbreakable! The glass is easily broken. It is also possible that the frame is misaligned through movement of the conservatory.
