Thinking of having a conservatory put on the back of the old house......
As expected the big boys are asking big bucks.................
How much hassle is it to buy a conservatry and get the tradesmen into fit it? Is it worth the savings?
Any advice appreciated.

Go and look at the Wickes ones and see if that's the quality level you are after. They have lists of recommended installers as well.
This being a DIY group, its not a huge bit of work for the average DIYer to do. Scarey bits are 1) digging - lots 2) Brickwork - making it look good 3) frame - which is really easy 4) electrices - part P
